KavithaService is very bad at this mr bean tampines hub.buy a cold soy milk w 2 pancakes(1 cheese n 1 choc)paid $6 something for it BUT I WAS NOT BEING TREATED PROPERLY BY THE STAFF AT TAMPINES HUB MR BEAN.the staff was standing right in front of me n I was keep shouting excuse me excuse me but the male staff don't even bother asking me for my order...a different staff a Chinese male staff take my order aft that...but still I did not say anything just tell my order to the Chinese male staff...I felt that the male staff was v rude ...service staffs r supposed to treat customers properly not give this type of attitude... so sorry but I eat the cheese pancake... The choc pancake not fully given 🙁 Paid $2.20 for the choc pancake n I was given a not a proper full pancake... for everyone's info the guy in the Mr bean counter who us looking down he is the v rude staff n he was the 1 who gave me the pancakes... take the attitude prob staff photo n this tampines hub Mr bean photo to let everyone know...
Ivan ChuaServer asked for order & I said 3 times before order can get through as she was still handling the front customer who already got her drinks. When told her I already repeated my order 3 times, she not only denied she didn't asked me, but also excused herself that she was handling front customer. It's true that the customer who got her drinks asked something to interrupt, but why must the server deny everything and even tried to reason herself right? DONT ASK NEXT CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE NOT READY FOR NEXT ORDER. No one likes to say the same thing 3 times, let alone listen to you arguing after that. Mood spoiler and bad service.
meganThe mr bean here feels better than the other outlets for some reason. Maybe because there's a seating area nearby to eat the snacks. The staff here are also friendlier and the tau Huay is actually hot 😭
