WillChinese lady was efficient in taking orders, preparing and packing drinks alone in the store. Despite being busy, when asked if the pancakes were hot, she mentioned warm and went to the extend to help me warm the pancakes. Definitely makes my day. Small suggestion, during peak hours. Pls try to make the pancakes hot. It is really a 2/10 vs 8/10. Makes no sense to serve pancakes thats not hot.
justatourist personRidiculous service where they didn’t mention upfront that I need to wait for 5 mins specifically for the rice ball order. Went to retrieve my order thereafter and the staff just showed attitude and nonchalant when I asked about the status. Worst still, the rice ball wasn’t cooked properly and overheated which ensued in the sesame spilling within the beancurd. Training is required for the staff otherwise suggest to change team.
Topaz GemI think I was sold the bottom of the barrel soya milk. It wasn't as hot as I would like, but I am okay with it, just not okay with the grainy and rough texture of the drink! It's so thick and grainy, felt like the last cup they had in the pitcher.
