However, lately the attending staff seem to exude poor customer service—for example, questioning why I did not give my order to her directly when her colleague had already asked what I wanted. This has left me with a negative impression. I hope there can be a customer service training program to help staff provide a more pleasant experience.
ChicksEatVeganI placed an order for 25 Mr Bean chin chow drinks through foodpanda. Only 12 arrived. The rider said the 2rd rider will deliver the balance. It’s been 45min and the balance 13 is not here yet. What’s frustrating is there’s no number where I can call the outlet directly. No one picks up the call on Mr Bean website. Foodpanda app kept showing the rider “nearly there” status for 45min and there was no other way to get through. My order was about $80. I don’t know if I’ve to end up paying for drinks that didn’t arrive.
M CConveniently located within the Bishan mrt vicinity, it has healthy and comforting food. Service is friendly and quick, and I would eat here again. Delicious food!
