Dawn LimI had a very pleasant experience at Mr Bean today, thanks to Mr Nin. He demonstrated excellent customer service—he proactively informed me about the 1-for-1 soy milk promotion and let me know which flavours were unavailable before I even had to ask. He was friendly, attentive, and exceptionally polite throughout the interaction. I noticed this outlet has quite a low rating, which made this experience even more surprising. Based on my visit, Mr Nin provided outstanding service and left a very positive impression. I would even say he’s one of the most polite Mr Bean staff members I’ve encountered in Singapore. His professionalism and warm attitude deserve recognition.👍🏻

JaneChicken meatball rice bowl ($6.90) - peas, corn and carrot are fresh - mildly seasoned bowl with a small mix of brown rice and white rice - the brown sauce tasted really weird. It has the usual vegetarian taste with tons of sweeetness. The sauce definitely spoils the entire eating experience. It would have tasted better without the sauce. Portion isn’t huge. Am slightly hungry after finishing the bowl.
