Remember to make sure that the staff adds the sauce for your rice bowl. Bought from them on two occasions and both did not come with sauce and the rice bowl was really dry and starkly less palatable as compared to other outlets. I went back to request for addition of sauce and it still didn't match up to my expected taste I had from another outlet.
I visited this outlet on 24th April around 630pm and was extremely disappointed by the staff circled in white. When I first arrived, the other lady standing at the register was assisting me in making my order and she was super friendly which also put me in a good mood. The problem came when the card reader didn't seem to work even after 2-3 tries so she went to the back to get help from the staff circled in white. The staff circled in white literally walked out the backroom with such a bad temper and started yelling at the lady who was serving me in such a rude and disrespectful way saying things like "if the card doesnt work it means the connection is obviously loose la!!" and even continued yelling at her for things not even related to the card reader. I honestly didn't mind the slight delay and was happily waiting but I am absolutely disgusted by how that staff (circled in white) treated her colleague. It was really obvious that the lady serving me was embarrassed as there were other customers waiting in line who also witnessed the yelling, and her joyful self just disappeared. Everybody makes mistakes and noone is perfect, it wasn't difficult for her to speak nicely to her colleague to guide her and solve the problem but she apparently feels yelling at someone is the way to go.
I came by this outlet and ordered pancakes and soya milk. The server managed to get my order, entered into the cashier system, and I paid for the order. In the past I have ordered from this outlet before, and my order was wrong. But since I was somewhere else already, and that the outlet probably closed, I didn't pursue the matter. However this time, I suspect the same thing will happen again. True enough, I observed her closely as she was taking my pancakes very quickly. And indeed, she took the wrong pancake. I called her out, and she just shrugged it off and took the correct order. It was only a minute ago she just keyed the correct order into the system, and the next minute she can forget and mistake the order? Also, the pancakes seemed cold and "old and hard". I can't help but wonder was she trying to clear old stock but deliberately gave out the wrong order? Plus it was not the first time. Not going to visit Mr Bean anymore, i google other outlets, it seems most of the outlets the service sucks. I rather buy elsewhere.
