Hoài Thương NguyễnVery disappointing service. I ordered a lychee drink and clearly told the staff that I cannot drink overly sweet beverages. I specifically requested 50% sugar. However, the drink I received was extremely sweet — completely different from what I ordered. When I went back to give feedback, the staff just stood there listening for a while, did not apologize, and then said they did not understand English. No one tried to explain, assist, or offer any solution. If you are serving customers, basic communication and customer service should be the minimum standard. Ignoring a customer’s request, refusing to apologize, and showing no accountability is highly unprofessional. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training as well as overall service quality.
Joey NguiThe service was terrible. I had just ordered and was waiting to make payment. I already opened my Apple Pay, and the staff told me, “Wait, the machine isn’t ready yet.” After that, I saw the PayWave machine showing the amount, so I thought payment was ready. I only moved my phone near the machine, then realised maybe it still wasn’t ready yet. Instead of explaining politely, the staff rudely said, “You don’t know how to wait meh?” I woke up early in the morning just to buy breakfast before work and honestly didn’t expect this kind of attitude. It made my already tiring work day feel even worse. The outlet was quite crowded and there was already a queue in the morning. there were only two staff there, a rude Chinese lady and a younger lady. From their conversation with another customer, I heard many staff were on MC and they were very busy during the morning rush. But management problems and stress should not be taken out on customers. Very disappointing experience.
Joy HuangExtremely pissed off today! Ordered the Spicy Minced Chicken with Mushroom, paid $6.20 (with add on of one egg), it's tasteless! Why stingy on the meat and mushroom? Paid $6.20, might as well I order plain porridge! Will not petrol again!
