My main objective was to try the Nutty pistachio pancake, but decided to give the green grape soy milk a chance.   I had a very disappointing experience at this Mr Bean outlet due to the poor customer service. I approached the counter and asked whether they had a Soy Latte or Vietnamese Coffee. The staff member serving me immediately said they did not have it and rudely told me to get it somewhere else. However, another staff member working at the back kindly pointed to a promotional poster and asked if that was the drink I was looking for. It turned out that the coffee was indeed available, and they proceeded to prepare it for me. During payment, the same staff member mumbled “4.20,” which I paid. She then abruptly raised her voice and said, “4.70, 50 cents more!” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. When my drink was ready, she handed it over without a word. In contrast, another staff member kindly smiled and passed me a straw from the side, which I appreciated. To be fair, the coffee itself tasted good. Unfortunately, the quality of the product was overshadowed by the poor customer service. Customer interaction plays a significant role in the overall dining experience, especially in the food and beverage industry. While some staff members were polite and helpful, the rude behavior of the staff member at the counter left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I do not intend to visit this outlet again
