JuanosHonestly one of the worst mala experiences I’ve had. The food itself was already disappointing — bland, not flavourful, and lacking the 香味 you would expect from mala. But the service was even worse, especially from the counter staff. When I was ordering, the lady at the counter was busy chatting with her colleagues and clearly wasn’t paying attention. I specifically ordered Maggi with my mala, but when the food came, it was rice instead. When I politely corrected her, instead of apologising, she became super defensive and INSISTED that I ordered rice. She even started making a big fuss about it with her colleagues in front of customers, as if I was the problem. I honestly didn’t want to create a scene, so I just paid the extra $1 to change it to Maggi. But guess what? The Maggi they served me was HALF COOKED. The noodles were still hard and crunchy. Bad food, bad attitude, and terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back.
Spicy NuggetsExtremely disappointing experience. Ordered mala to share between 2 people with 4 maggies, but it didn’t even seem like 4 portions and we were charged for 5 instead. We ordered hot, yet it wasn’t spicy at all. no kick, barely any chilli or peppercorns. Went to the counter to ask for more spice and the lady working there refused to help, even blamed us for ordering “hot.” I’ve tried Monster Chili Mala at other outlets and the spice level was completely different. This was the worst mala I’ve had. truly regret coming here and won’t return.
C.Mala for 2. Bought 4 maggi for my shared mala, and suddenly the portion look smaller and as a matter of fact, we were right. We’re still hungry when usually we can’t even finish 4 maggi. Looked at the receipt, and we were charged for extra maggi (5 maggi in total). For someone who can only withstand mild for mala, we decided to go for hot but it’s not even hot or even mild at all. Went to the counter and requested to add more chili but the lady refused to add. Disappointing bro.
