Admin aaasmI’ve eaten at this mala hotpot stall a few times before, and the price used to be quite reasonable. However, after the kopitiam renovation, the price has increased significantly. This time the cost was much higher than expected for a similar selection. Hope they can review the pricing($34.50 really can’t believe!!!!!)
Dawn Leeate an less than 500g food but was charge for 1000g food because they didnt minus of their metal bowl. was still wondering why was my food so expensive when i did take alot at all until i realise that they did not minus off the bowl that was containing the food, which was too late . the food was $2.90 per 100g . First thing , i was eating alone, i paid $32.80 ! this is ridiculous, i understand you need to charge $3 for ur base , but $29.80 for less than 500g its damn RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE just because you added the weight of the metal bowl that was containing the food so does that means i can take the bowl since i paid the bowl ? PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE WEIGHT FOR YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU ORDER .

Final price is a scam - customers are being charged few times for the same ingredients which results with dish being 3x times more expensive than normally at hawker centers. The cherry on top is level of spiciness which makes the consumpion unbearable. We asked for medium spicy and you can see on the picture how many chillies remained at our plate. You may just as well eat a jar of chilli from supermarket, for a fraction of a price.
