We kept weighting before buying, on the scale it said 1.1kg (about $31.90) , when we wanted to pay, she placed it on a different weighing scale and it was $37.7. To add on, normally mala base is $3 but they said above $30 they change $5. Never have I heard of such nonsense elsewhere.
Devan ChanPromotion board is very misleading. Says 50% off after 8pm but went to make payment and they say not applicable to mala xiang guo. Free flow rice saying is japanese premium rice but so soft and wet that i felt i was eating "dry" porridge instead. Meal was expensive and food was horrible. Food tasted like they were soaked in water for hours. Items were not cooked properly and having the raw taste. Would not come again and would not recommend any of you to come and try. No peanuts were given until asked. Asked for extra peanuts and they wanted to charge $1 extra! Overall, the WORST mala xiang guo ever tasted.
Elizabethwent today & the 2 malay girl staffs working here at the counter are so rude & i’m not sure why they’re even being kept even after the countless of reviews about their horrible attitude. if you don’t like your job just quit instead of bringing such bad reviews to the stall & kopitiam :( such a surprise because all the other food stall workers & service are amazing :”)
