Rather disappointed. Rice was cold but thank fully cooked thru. Rice is nicely seasoned, and cooked using basmati rice. Would have been better if it is served warm or hot. Was expecting the small size fried ikan kuning (yellowstripe scad), instead got a large one. For $5 plate, not too bad value. Chili sambal is on the milder side. A tinge of spiciness but mostly on the sweeter side. The fried egg is rather sad looking. Aunty was friendly this morning.

The coconut rice is incredibly fragrant and full of flavor — you can really taste the richness from the first bite. It immediately shows how well-executed their nasi lemak is. The chicken fillet was the highlight for me. The shrimp paste (sambal) is deeply infused into the meat, making it juicy, savory, and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. For this level of quality, the price is very reasonable. Service is fast and efficient, so there’s no waiting around or stress. If you’re visiting Changi Village, this place is a must-stop. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid, authentic local nasi lemak experience.

Rice on lower part was so bitter not sure why. Fish fillet taste like afew days chicken wing dry not crispy. Ikan bills ok. Not really nice. Still long queue.
