Despite being so busy, he was running around making sure everyone was served quickly and with a smile. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and dedication — he went above and beyond to ensure customers felt taken care of. It’s rare to see such genuine service these days. Danny is an absolute asset to the team, and I hope his efforts are recognised. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!
BesharpsAverage McDonald's outlet at Northshore Plaza, the place was packed on a Sunday morning. The self order kiosk worked well, the staff that handled my order was polite. 👍 The only thing I have to voice out about is how the prices of the food keeps going up. It's getting ridiculous, mac used to be cheap but now it's hardly affordable. What the hell is going on with the prices. 😭👎
Mel meowFirst time here at this branch, I was first served with a drink full of ice. I finished the drink in 2 mouthfuls, surprised, I opened to check. When I asked the manager, the Malay lady wearing the grey vest, I think her name is Jenette, she changed a new cup of drink for me. Great service!
