She brought such a positive vibe to the whole outlet. While I was waiting for my order, she kindly offered to serve the food to my table, which I didn’t expect at all. I also noticed her actively helping other customers and engaging with them warmly. You can really feel the difference when someone takes pride in their work — it lifts the entire atmosphere. SHI have a very good experience with manager Shafiq, I have scan my qr twice and didn’t manage to redeem my item. He is very patience in explaining to me and rectify my mistake and also refunded me for my item, he still put a smile on his face after the refund.
