This timing would’ve been perfect for our situation. And yet, the order did not arrive, forcing us to look for other food options and miss our flight due to such inconveniences (the order didn’t even arrive after 8am). If your service wasn’t so pathetic and lousy, you would indicate in your app that you can only deliver orders later in the day. But unfortunately, that isn’t the case. Fix your ridiculous system and make delivery timings more transparent so other customers won’t have the same problems as we did. Or, you can continue your idiocy and lose more customers. Would’ve forgiven your incompetency if you had helped us search for a new flight. Only if half-star reviews were allowed here 😂
DuckRice_Staff is very thoughtful, she provided 2 spoons for our dessert, even though we didn't request for an additional spoon.
Wi sHI ordered double prosperity beef buger set But the machine didn't give me a receipt. I confirmed with the staff that my order was available. Of course, I also got my food. But when I got home to check, I found a different buger. I hope there will be an explanation. Thank you. 2583 is my oder number
