Alex KohConvenient Location, But Service Could Be Improved Visited McDonald’s at Yio Chu Kang Sports Complex recently. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the sports complex before or after their activities. The restaurant was reasonably clean and seating was generally available. Food was prepared within an acceptable waiting time and tasted as expected from McDonald’s. However, the overall experience could be improved. During my visit, the service felt a little disorganized and some tables were not cleared promptly. The atmosphere can also get quite crowded during peak hours due to visitors from the sports complex. That said, it remains a convenient option for a quick meal or coffee in the area. Hopefully, the outlet can improve on housekeeping and customer service to provide a better dining experience.
Charlene LeeThe food is normal, just like any other Macdonald’s around. Super convenient location, walking distance from MRT. But the service is really atrocious. I’ve ordered from here multiple times; self pick up and via delivery. I would say 50% of the time the order is incorrectly prepared. Some things are missing or they have put in the wrong items. I saw again today that the deluxe breakfast I ordered, only has 2 pancakes, no egg, no sausage patty! I have learnt to always check before I go off from the place. I also saw a little girl who was telling the counter about her wrong order. But I cannot check for delivery cases. So it’s super disappointing, always have to hope that the delivery is ok, which should not be the case. Hope that MacDonald’s will do something about this outlet to improve.
shawn sreeTerrible flies infestation. Told the management about it and was informed that they've called the pest controll company. Its been a week and the problem still persists. Just very unhygienic to eat or buy any food from this location. Hope NEA can help them and give them a solution.
