KC LowLast weekend, my sister-in-law threw my nephew's birthday party at this McDonald's. I think it's a popular choice for parents with young children because it has both an indoor and an outdoor play area.
SQService is extremely slow. There was only 1 person at the counter she was sauntering around the place delivering singular packets of fries to tables instead of assembling and serving the food at the counter. Someone ordered 3 ice cream cones and they were all melting on the counter. That 1 employee assigned to the counter felt a bit lazy; like she didn’t want to work.
Jean SeahQuite crowded on Deepavali holiday but managed to secure two tables for our two families of toddlers. The play area was much smaller than I expected; thankfully there is a large playground outside with plenty of sand, slides and swings. They forgot to provide cutlery with my hotcakes order and only gave one set when my friend asked, when we needed 3. Quite annoying. Otherwise, well-maintained and clean environment. Nice toilet area with a small waterfall.
