s gOrder took very long to arrive. I ordered through the app, selected table service, but after like 10 to 15 min I had to go to the counter to check on my order and it still wasn't done. Waited there for it to be completed and had to collect it myself. At this point it isn't fast food anymore. There were also many delivery staff waiting for their orders. At least the food was hot, though the nuggets were too hot, and seemed overly crispy.
Cheryl NgI accidentally placed my order at the wrong outlet, and Nic (who i believe was the Manager) went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his prompt assistance and excellent customer service. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience! ☺️
Rennie LeeIt’s a Macs outlet located quite near Mayflower MRT. Can get crowded during mealtimes. I had the buttermilk chicken wrap. A healthier and less filling option. It was not bad! Mocha frappe was good.
