MH ThamThere is something special about this branch of McDonald’s. The patty is juicer and there is more sauce in the burger. Condiments are also given generously. Will order from this mcd again!
BEL KOHJust because they are closing early for their cleaning they rushed my order and even got it wrong I purposely bought McSpicy with cheese but they didn’t even add the main thing in where it was with cheese but they didn’t even add in for both of my burgers this is serious ridiculous people is already paying more for just a slice of cheese they can’t even provide. McDonald standards are really dropping. Day light robbery seriously.
Sunny Lim⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always enjoy visiting the McDonald's at Hougang Street 21 because of their counter service. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make ordering a pleasant experience. This is so much better than going to the terminal and trying to figure out what on the menu, feels so cold and impersonal. Sadly, most eating places are following this cold practice. What really stood out to me was the two supervisors on duty. They seemed to know many of the regular customers personally and would greet them warmly and chat with them. It gave the place a nice kampong spirit and made everyone feel welcome, almost like a neighbourhood gathering spot. It's nice to see such genuine customer care these days. Kudos to the team for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
