Helen MonicaI dined in and ordered the Spicy Nuggets and Fries, which were okay. I also ordered a Butter Corn as a takeaway for a family member. Unfortunately, when they ate it, the butter corn had a sour taste and a sour smell, which made it seem spoiled. This is the first time I’ve received food of this standard from McDonald’s Rivervale Plaza, and I’m quite disappointed. I hope the team can look into this to ensure better quality control in the future.

I understand that the outlet may have been busy at the time, but this is a basic quality issue that should not be overlooked. I’ve been a regular customer and usually have a good experience, which makes this even more frustrating. I hope the team can pay more attention to order accuracy, even during peak hours, as this really affects the overall experience.
toloy seyaordered takeout in the morning and was in a rush and checked my phone and the ordered was delayed so i cancelled and when i reached home i ordered again around 6-7 and the order takes 40-1hr😭😭😭 i thought if i gave them a chance it would be fine but i guess i have to stay up later than usual
