I ordered takeaway and was enjoying my Sausage McGriddles when I suddenly bit into something hard. At first, I thought it was just a small piece but when I checked, I found not one, not two, but multiple pieces of eggshell in my egg. In total, there were more than 5–8 fragments. Honestly, one small piece would have been understandable, mistakes happen. But this many is unacceptable and completely ruined the meal for me. I’m genuinely disappointed and quite disgusted. Food quality control should be a basic standard, especially for something as simple as eggs. On a side note, thanks for proving the eggs are real, I guess… but this definitely isn’t how I wanted to find out.
Ordered a fillet o fish but this is the amount of tartar sauce given (didn't request for less tartar sauce). It's disappointing and this is not the first time. The outlet needs to look into their quality control.
Lessons learnt here: 1. Note the people who ordered the same time as you. If their food arrived earlier and yours not arrived after a few minutes, check with the staff. Your receipt might drop somewhere and there will not be any apology. To them, is normal and is your duty to check on your food. And if you are rushing for time, maybe give it a miss. 2. Bring wet tissues because table can be dirty even after opening.. so high chance did not clean at closing. We came a few minutes earlier than their opening time of 7am, hoping to catch a quick breakfast and rush off to work (get free travel on LRT before 7.30am) and school. Table was dirty and saw another table with chilli sauce. I use app to book and send my order at 7.03am with a table order. 7.15am, I already noticed those who got table orders later or around the same time as me already got their food and happily halfway eating. I went to the counter and noticed my order no. was not even on these screen and checked with the staff. The staff just print out a receipt and remarked to her colleagues that this is the receipt that they have dropped, the one with the double sausage muffin. No apology..
