Christian Joy TKind staff! The manager was so nice to deliver the food on my table when I informed her that I wrongly keyed in my table number. Also everytime I order the sundae via app, it was always a full cup and with lots of fudge. I think the only Macs branch that serves generous amount of sundae 🥰
mona RisaI visited McDonald’s Compass One and had a small issue with the self-ordering kiosk. I informed the evening manager that the order I made at the machine did not seem to go through. When I checked with the cashier, the order was not showing in her system even though I thought the payment had been made. I was confused at first, but after checking my bank app, the payment had not been deducted. When I went back to the kiosk, it showed that the machine was actually out of order. The evening manager handled the situation very calmly and patiently while assisting me. I really appreciate her professionalism and how she managed the situation. Unfortunately, I did not manage to catch her name, but she was a tall Indian lady working during the evening shift. I hope the management can recognise her for her excellent customer service. Thank you again for the help.
Jeffrey NingVisited the outlet on 27 Apr 2026 around 6PM. Took eight minutes to be served Honey Mustard McCrispy Burger meal via table service by mobile order. Its flavour was almost perfect and comparable to taste profile of Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Burger. Yum, yum! Despite the delivery delay, service crew was courteous and friendly. Noted this aspect in "Share Your Feedback!" in their mobile app. Average crowd and nosiy due to abundant of students occupying. Have to be patience for availability of tables if dining in.
