Patronised this past weekend, on 25 Apr 2026 at 2:50pm. We have visited this outlet multiple times over the years, generally alright, no complaints or feedback. This latest visit motivated me to leave a review for the outlet though. We took a seat and placed our order on the McDonald's app using the table service option. Our Hot Fudge Sundae and Oreo McFlurry were served without spoons, how are we supposed to eat the ice cream without it?? Next, we ordered 6 pcs McNuggets, and the flap on the side of the box had the ''6 pcs'' one pushed out, which meant that the staff members were aware that this was 6 pcs, but only 4 pcs arrived. We brought the box to the counter and the Manager on duty at that time gave us 2 pcs and apologised for the mistake. Our order was a relatively small one, a 6 pcs McNuggets meal and 1 extra drink, with 3 ice creams, an ice cream cone, a Sundae and a McFlurry, and the store was not even busy at that point of time, there were many empty tables. Side note, the ice cream tasted a little weird.
as someone who goes to a lot of study spots, this is absolutely the perfect spot for you to study at! it's not too far from many primary or secondary schools, and the food is served fast and the staff are super nice towards us, even giving us motivating and kind words when we came to mcdonalds to eat or study after cca or school! i also find it not too crowded most of the time from ard 5-6 , but honestly it varies on the day and it's mostly crowded on fridays :) growing up around bukit merah, i do miss what this mcdonalds outlet used to look like before it renovated around 2021 or 2022. i come here quite often with friends, and this was my go-to spot to get frappes during exam season 🙏
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience today. I used the McDonald's app to order a Crispy Mac 'N Cheesy Wrap (Chicken Ham) meal for takeaway. Upon opening it, I discovered I had been given a sausage wrap instead. I immediately returned to the restaurant to politely request an exchange for the correct item. The staff member NADIA (who I believe was the shift manager) informed me that the breakfast menu was over and they could not make the correct wrap. While I understood the menu timing issue, what happened next was unacceptable. Instead of offering a solution such as a refund, or a voucher for a future visit she simply took the incorrect wrap from me, threw it directly into the bin, and told me I would have to "come back again tomorrow." This is not how customers should be treated. The response was wasteful, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of care. McDonald's claims to put customers first, but this action demonstrated the exact opposite: my time and money were disregarded entirely. I left with no food, no refund, and no apology just instructions to try my luck another day.
