BesharpsA pretty nice spacious McDonald's outlet located at the Sengkang Sports Complex, it's open for 24 hours which is convenient. I ordered some food from the self order kiosk which worked well. The service was good, the staff was polite and I received my meal very fast 🙂👍✨ The food tasted good, it's pretty standard burgers, fries and drinks. 🍔🍟 I did try a new limited ice cream, which is the Yubari Melon Sundae. 🍈 🍨 It tasted similar to a normal Sundae except the main cream has a slight tangy melon taste which was pretty good actually. This place also has a drive through so that's good for drivers who wants to order by that. 🚗 For the place design, convenience, service and food quality, I would give it a 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Probably will visit some other time again. 👍✨
Joe WongThe standard of service is drop from bad to worst. The lady staff toaen is very rude when talking to me. When I'm asking why I order earlier then the person Infront of me. But I get the food much more later then him? Then she lie to me and say because she make the food hot for me. In the end I eat both the Burger is cold. Even cons is also cold. It's not she make the food hot. I see the food place behind long time. Nobody is picking up my food. That's why is cold. Then she also purposely don't give me a spoon to eat corn. Until I go back and told her. No spoon how to eat corn. I'll use my hand? In the end I go back to eat my "Cold" macdonald food. She still come to my table beside me, disturb me and say i complaint her also no use. What a good staff u all have. I think u must send her for training. No apology is given by her bad attitude. Usually I don't like to write bad review until now
Sandra TNot sure whether this is your standard, but it’s definitely not up to standard. You tell me and judge yourself. To someone who’s hungry and craving for a nice burger and this is what you get. It’s just sad.
