ezzaeverytime i order from mcdonald app i only can order from skmall. they either give me one packet of chilli or NONE AT ALL for 3-4 burgers??????? what is this????????? That time i order chicken pack wrong food and send Beef. when i want to call and ask the branch, no one pick up forever ringing only. called and let them know about how can they always not give chilli packets. they say ok will review. nth done. i went down and actually asked and that time to change my burger bcs we waited for over 1.5h for it to not come right. isit reasonable anot. where got eat mcdonald dont have a single packet of chilli. how to eat. really speechless. tot service can be better after speaking to them. nothing done…. pls go teach ur staffs how to pack orders… really stop with this standard
Indra Kusumo MargonoAgain and again, ordered new flavour but they served original vanilla flavour. It has repeated for so many times and I cannot just keep silent. Please check your order when you buy from this branch. This mac's team don't have proper team grooming and good service. No proper staff control from the management.
ShaniceHave been a regular at this outlet and aside from getting one of my orders wrong, this outlet has the tendency to display “ready to collect” but in actual fact they are still preparing the order. If it’s 1-2 mins difference it’s still acceptable but there was one sun where it’s so bad that people had to wait 30mins for the food, all while showing on the screen ready to collect. I believe it’s a KPI issue but just wanted to highlight here on Google reviews hopefully it reaches the right audience, and hire more staff for this outlet Edited review to include this: ordered large coke but it’s barely to the brim….
