Tyroze LeeGetting ridiculous. From the past few times I've ordered here, there's been missing sides. From apple pie to nuggets. Today, it feels like someone took a chunk of fries away. Usually these will be spilling out its container but now it's not even filled to the brim. Shrinkflation? Fine. Even the tissue's looking dirty. I paid close to 11 dollars for a medium drink, half fries and burger. Overrated. I'm tired of writing in to McDonald's to complain over apple pies worth 2 bucks. Also saw a couple of other posts with similar experience on here.
Mohamad Nizamplaced my order at 9:00 pm, and it only arrived close to 11:00 pm. It did not arrive within the promised delivery time, and the estimated arrival time kept getting pushed back. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and the fries were soggy. This was very disappointing. Please look into this and advise on a suitable resolution.
keziaVisited DTE Mcd around 4-5pm on 25 may. After having my meal here, I was about to cycle back but realised I was short on water. I asked this chinese lady, Judy, who was serving at the counter if she could help me to refill my bottle. She was very nice, maintained eye contact with me & offered to help me. While I was very grateful for her service, there was another middle aged chinese lady in the back who was rather chubby, seems abit on the older side. She repeatedly said out loud “Tell her to go to the baby room to take herself!” in chinese. While I understand that could have been an option for me, as a paying customer, I decided to ask the service staff for help instead. The store was not crowded, the staffs were free & standing around, I asked nicely for help but was met with such horrible service from the staff instead. Also feel insulted as she could have said it nicely to me in front of my face instead of acting like a “backseat warrior” when she wasn’t even serving me in the first place! Regardless, thankfully Judy ignored her instead of listening to her nonsense and still refilled my bottle. Thankful for that. Additionally, the chubby chinese lady was not even wearing her mask properly. She was pulling it below her chin the entire time she was preparing food. How disgusting & disappointed with this experience.
