I ordered fillet o fish double meal w med fries customize to no salt n my burger i customize to no tartar sauce... For my drink choice I chose ice Milo med...paid $10.55 total ... For med ice Milo $1.60 ... I did not like how my food was being served to me... The tray order is wet... The fries all the fries not being in the fries packet... Some fries on the tray... I take the fries n put back in the fries packet... Burger maf not cooked properly... Food I give 1 star ... Service 1 give 1 star ... Not happy with the service here... Tables never wipe... I gave to wipe the table then order food...table service I was not happy about it... Come to give table put the food tray beside table n go... What type of service is this??? Atmosphere I hated it... I had no lie back chair to sit... Therefore can't relax w my food n book..overall I hated it 1 star ... 👎👎👎👎👎 I spent $10.55 n I don't get good food n service n good atmosphere here at white sands McDonalds... I like go around eating at different McDonalds to know how the food, service, atmosphere there... This is my latest review of McDonalds pasir ris white sands mall... At least now I know how herd food, service n atmosphere at white sands pasir ris mall... I bring the never cook properly fillet o fish n went to the staff n asked g the meat never cook properly got blood??? Staff told manager n manager aft c the fish o fish meat got blood replace my another fillet o fish burger but I told her I don't want...told her what if the 2nd burger also like the 1st burger??? Not willing to take a risk... Just told bad to refund back my money... Told the manager mistake was done on their end not me... Manager accepted it n gave me back my refund...

Mrs JCHad a really nice experience here. One of the staff, Aunty Teresa saw that I had a bandaged finger and went out of her way to help pack my ice cream neatly so it’d be easier for me. Such a small gesture but it meant a lot. thanksss much auntie teresa for the kindness!!
