Gregory AthanasiusLocated right at the T2 Arrival Hall (Level 1), this renovated McDonald's is incredibly spacious with tons of seating. It's a super convenient and reliable spot to grab a quick meal right after landing or while waiting to pick someone up. However, it gets extremely packed and chaotic during the weekends. While the large layout helps handle the volume, the waiting times for food can get quite long when multiple flights land at the same time. If you're visiting on a Saturday or Sunday, be prepared for a bit of a wait!
SandraLongest wait ever for table service. Order for 1 nuggets happy meal + 1 mcspicy placed before 11. Past 11.30 I still haven't receive my table service. d restaurant has cleared up, my table was still clean as there's no food for me... 😭 This outlet was full of staff but none cld solve d problem. No supervisor or manager came to check/help. Only a kitchen staff (this young lady in black tee) jumped into help. She took a picture of d order on my phone n went into prepare. It's obvious my order went out to d wrong table (consumed by blur/dishonest customers??). Until I showed up at d counter, no one wld know d mistake. There's no way to cross-check. All they cld say to me was, your order was prepared n went out alr but I waited like a fool. Time is money. I m not compensated.
