JechttoUpdated 13 Jan 2026 I stopped over at this outlet for lunch and proceeded to order via App and table service. The app had a promo for CNY called Huat Hour where we could purchase 6 piece nuggets for $2.80. The notice said to wait, so after easily over 10 minutes I stopped waiting and went to the counter to enquire how to redeem this new promo. The staff were not aware of it as well and told us they would check on the mechanics. The staff were quite prompt coming back to us apologising that the app promo was not in effect yet. I do not blame the staff, I do take offense with the app and management for releasing a promo that doesn't work and failure to disseminate the relevant information to ground staff leading to confusion and a less than satisfactory experience in what would have been a very simple issue. So I ended up paying $6.70 for my garlic pepper nuggets and my Huat Hour wasn't very Huat. The prosperity burger and twister fries were exactly the same as how I remembered them the year before no surprises. The garlic pepper nuggets themselves though were kind of a let dow they tasted like the standard nuggets with no hint of garlic nor pepper. Previous Review Ordered the Nasi Lemak burger and BBQ Shaker Fries as Grab delivery hence I can't comment on service or ambience. But food wise it did leave much to be desired. I didn't expect to get pipping hot food since it was delivery but the burger actually reminded me more of satay than nasi lemak, the sambal and cucumber added onto the skewer vibe. While I'm not expecting Five Guy levels of cuisine I was at least expecting the BBQ fries to taste like BBQ at the very least. But nope. It was bland, almost cold and soggy even making me wonder if they had forgotten is salt their fries as it was that tasteless.
Calvin KHere for an event with family. Ordered table service but it never came. After 26 minutes realized it’s just sitting there. Counter staff didn’t bother. Had to take away due to time pressure and they were unhelpful and unapologetic. This is hands down the worse McDonald’s I’ve encountered.
Andysmall cute outlet, probably ideal for those who drives, passing by and want a quick meal. food was prepped fresh, nothing to complain about, not sure why the average rating is so low.
