This is extremely frustrating and shows poor management. This has seriously affected the overall dining experience, and I hope the management will take this issue seriously and make improvements.
Di DiI ordered on the app and food was ready to be collected once I arrived in 15 minutes time. The seating area is huge and it was a nice gesture that the air-con was adjusted as it was a rainy day today. It is usually very cold in the outlet.

The staff seemed distracted, chatting among themselves, and even my takeaway order was initially served on a dine-in tray, requiring me to remind them. The waiting time was lengthy. While this experience wasn't great, my other visits have been acceptable, likely due to its convenient location near my office. Overall, the service needs improvement.
