SunHouseHi, I’d like to highlight that the large fries at McDonald’s Bedok are consistently the same size as the medium. This has happened many times. Please look into the portion standards, because customers are not getting what they’re paying for. Every time I order takeaway, this is the amount of “LARGE” fries I receive — the pocket is only half filled. At this point, I’m honestly not sure whether I ordered large fries… or large pockets with bonus air. Goodness!

Bigbelly BurgerI upsized my fillet meal (takeaway order) and realised the fries portion was not filled to the expected level for an upsized serving. I was rushing to catch a bus and unfortunately did not check the order at the counter. I would expect the upsized portion to be properly fulfilled. I also hope McDonald’s can maintain consistent portion standards across both dine-in and takeaway orders.
