I ordered the Sweet BBQ McSpicy and McCrispy Chicken Bacon Burger meal with 2 French fries and Sprite/Coke through McDonald's on GrabFood. When I received the food, I was surprised because the order was different from what I ordered. I only received 1 French fries/Crisscut fries instead. The Chicken Bacon burger was also missing. Besides that, all the food was cold and not warm when it arrived. It seemed like the food was prepared too quickly or left for some time before delivery. I hope you can check this issue and improve the service. Thank you. • I’m very disappointed with this order and service. Foodieislegal HXMy neighbourhood mcdonalds since childhood! Though sometimes they gave me wrong food or wrong order! Overall i am still happy with having this mcdonalds here!
LiawActually nothing much to write about McDonald’s usually. But for this outlet, the nuggets and fries are very fresh; it feels like they are using fresh oil or just changed the oil, which makes them taste very clean and crisp. Will probably try a random second visit to see if the standard is consistent.
