JR FFGood breakfast. Coffee fresh and 🥞 pancakes n butter better than the equivalent in Malaysia. The service staff made a point of checking and asking me if everything was alright as I was checking the food. Sausage mcmuffin quality was nice as always. One thing to note - milo from this outlet always isn't melted properly and sinks to the bottom of the drink. Have had milo thrice there now, consistent problem. It's not an insurmountable one, vigorous stirring fixes it. High traffic area, with secondary school students constantly shuffling in and out. Quite a lot of kids also, one little girl kept staring me (did I have something on my face?) 😂 So can be a trifle noisy.
Kenneth TeoQuite a poorly managed McDonald's outlet. If management reads this, hope they do something about it. Have been ordering takeaway and out of 20 orders, about 3 have errors. When I walked back to tell them, they said next time I should check before leaving so that I can rectify it on the spot. Very creative way to outsource the quality check to customers. Also, the venue is dirty with staff seemingly happy to live with it. Litter on the floor remains on the floor. Food left on the table with no one clearing the trays. Table wet and dirty. These photos taken during off peak at about 3pm. Guess the staff just couldn't care less. Photos taken before I started eating. After eating, the tables were still in a deplorable state. I thought McDonald's have a robust system to keep things in check. This outlet seems to be lacking in those.
Ken TanThe food quality is above average. But the fries quantity is meagre (missing 40% of the full capacity). I waited more than 30min for my nuggets with 25 orders ahead of me. The place is extremely crowded on Sat nites. So take note of it.
