Place was packed with no seats available but almost everyone was at the table without their food and after ordering then we know why! Ordered at 9.52am (as per receipt) and only got our food at 10.26am, took more than half an hour to get the food! & Why still provide the table service tents if theyre understaffed to deliver? (Many managers at other outlets would've just removed the number tents & it's self-explanatory) Like us, many who opted for table service just self collected instead! We had set aside 1h to eat before we board our ferry and thought we had more than enough time if we went for fast food! ENDED UP IT WASNT FAST AT ALL and we had to rush gobbling down our food before rushing to our boarding gate.
love the wraps! spicy chicken wrap is super spicy, buttermilk is non-spicy and very appetising. fries super dry today, normally this outlet's fries are good. staff as this outlet are all pretty friendly and helpful when dining in or picking up orders. prefer this outlet to the vivo.
I’m really disappointed. While dining in, I noticed a pot sitting on a customer’s table—I couldn’t even tell if it was coffee, tea, or milk. It was clearly from the self-serve station, but I have no idea how long it had been there or what might have been done to it. I quickly took a picture because I was so taken aback. What bothered me most was that the staff had no idea. No one was monitoring the self-serve area, and that pot was just sitting at a table, completely out of sight. This was the first time I’ve ever had to settle for a single cup of hot drink at McDonald’s—I usually always go for a refill. But with the pot missing (and even if it had been returned, I wouldn’t have trusted it), I couldn’t. It’s unhygienic and makes me question whether the self-serve area is being looked after at all. Such a disappointing experience.
