tingThis outlet is a disgrace to McDonalds. The staff blatantly disrespected us as if we were beggars. The whole fish burger WAS DRIPPING with sauce when have asked for a little more sauce as what was given was close to NOTHING initially. This is extremely disgusting and nauseating for any customer. You are outright playing with food, how disgusting of you! I expect a proper apology for such disgusting act you have portrayed. Spoke to the manager before leaving but what was shown was only SHOCK from both managers faces and a SOFT “Sorry, can i exchange a new one”. EXTREMELY, unacceptable,
Just sayingI ordered a double cheeseburger without cheese. Not to troll, but because I wanted a double hamburger and I am lactose intolerant. I got a burger with the special order sticker, without the special order (no cheese). It was busy at the time and I only looked to see that the special order sticker was there before leaving. When I got home, to my disappointment, there was cheese in the burger. I called the outlet to give my feedback. To my surprise, and this is the first time this has happened to me, the phone was picked up almost immediately. I informed the manager of the mistake in my order and he offered to have the corrected item delivered to me in about 10 mins. The item came shortly after. I am very impressed with this because this is a pretty common mistake (although I don't know why or how it can be so hard) at a few different McDonalds outlets but never had i come across an outlet that was willing to correct the order immediately and deliver it to my doorstep. Wonderful.
EileenMcDonald's - Tampines West Community Club located at 5 Tampines Ave 3, #01-01 Tampines West Community Club, Singapore 529705 Amazing outlet with super awesome staff especially shout out to Michelle (the one wearing grey pant / yellow top ) and Angela (the one in yellow top). They are really the restaurant service ambassador. I would said the alway reminded us to check our order when we opt for take away and during dine in...order are served to our table. They will come back and check is the food okay or any feedback for improvement. This outlet are super packed and busy and need to be understanding enough to wait during the weekend. Simply love their breakfast after so many years.....
