KavithaOrdered double fillet o fish burger meal w the new pistachio Mcflurry ice cream... For the new pistachio Mcflurry ice cream also available in sundae hot fudge or strawberry sundae... I choose the medium fries w small coke zero... I had feedback reward so my total meal minus $1 ... The pistachio Mcflurry was nice... A little different to the Oreo Mcflurry as this is pistachio taste w the Oreo...👍 The fries v salty n I usually customize my fries to no salt but this time round forgot... The fries was v dry n cold ... The double fillet o fish burger I customize to no tatar sauce as I don't like tartar sauce...there is a fly keep flying about so difficult to read my book n eat.... Yesterday decided to have my lunch here at McDonalds Tampines mart... There is something new at McDonalds... The new jalapeno chicken nuggets... I ordered the word cup jalapeno chicken nuggets 6pcs meal so that I would get the cup... I ordered extra apple pie also... My medium fries I customize to no salt... I always find McDonalds fries v salty... I had feedback reward to redeem so my total meal minus $1... I was v disappointed with my meal given to me...the fries pckt have purple spots in it...the apple pie got brown brown thing sticking to it(sorry don't know what is that)the drink I ordered iced white choc macadamia latte...but not sweet at all... Overall the meal was a disappointment me... Forced myself to eat the meal as I paid more than $10 for it... take the cup... N just leave the McDonalds...I could have complained to the manager about it... But seriously I m telling everyone don't bother to complain to the manager about anything... No use... I gave many times complained to the manager at McDonalds... Not only this McDonalds but many McDonalds but no use... I don't know what is the purpose of the manager in the mcdonalds if the manager does not care of customers??? As a customer whatever meal I order how much the price i m willing to pay but I m not getting good food, service at McDonalds.... My table I was sitting never wipe also... Seriously the staff can't take a towel wipe the table??? McDonalds only wants my money but can't give me good food n service...v v sad about it 🙁🙁🙁 McDonalds tampines mart from service to food to atmosphere everything I m giving 1 star hated it...🙁🙁🙁 This is something not to b proud of ... But how m I to watch cartoons n read my book??? For me when I read my book my full focus only on my book... Today went to tempines mart McDonalds for lunch today... seriously regretted it...felt I should have gone to a different McDonalds for lunch...☹️ Ordered fillet o fish meal w med fries n small coke zero w additional mcwings... In my McDonalds app i bad mcwings to redeem.... Total I paid $5 for the fillet o fish burger meal... The fillet o fish burger,the fries, mcwings all too much salt... I don't know what made this McDonalds to add so much of salt to all my food...I was not able to eat it... I did not want to waste the $5 I paid so I eat the too salty food... The mcwings given to me 1 of the chicken seriously I did not know what part of the chicken it is... So shapeless... The burger bun for the burger bun,the cheese,the fillet o fish meat not given to me properly... I customize the fries to no salt but still so salty...then what is the use I customize the fries fo mo salt??? Food I give 1 star i hated it... Service I hated it... Atmosphere hated it... itboyjeonhow does one forget fries? yes it’s partly my fault for not checking but the lady literally checked my order before passing it to me so how the heck you can forget fries for a meal?? wasted my money for the meal eh. actually so pissed off because i’m already in a rush and i don’t have time to go down and take my goddamn missing fries. and can i add that i ordered on my app and i ordered it when i was otw from interchange? but yet those customers that ordered at the place itself got their food first and they had forgotten about mine
