Food always hot and fresh, tables, chairs and toilet are consistently clean. Everyone from cleaners to managers are on-the-ball to make it a favorable dining experience. Guest Experience Leader, Hazimi is very customer oriented and makes the guests feel appreciated. It is also super convenient, just outside the Simei MRT and Eastpoint Mall is just next door.

Anjelo Magdaraogthe fries we received were soggy and undercooked. Hazimi from Eastpoint branch, handled our complaint very well. so he spoke to the kitchen crew and arranged for a fresh batch to be made. the replacement fries were much crispier. he was polite, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. he also gave us two coupon items as a goodwill gesture for our next visit, and we really appreciate it.
