Like most ppl, I've been a McDonald's regular, but recent visits have left me genuinely frustrated, not just at the food, but at the quiet dishonesty of shrinkflation in fast food. The Sausage Egg McMuffin patty was approximately 5 mm thick. Wafer-thin. It still covered the muffin, which is exactly the point. At a glance, nothing looks wrong. But bite into it and there's almost nothing there. Today's scrambled egg chicken burger fared slightly better at around 8 mm thick, probably because of the fried batter. The patty still covered the bun, as it always will, because that's the one dimension they can't afford to skimp on without it being immediately obvious. Width, however, is another story. The buns themselves look to have shrunk 10 to 20% from what I remember, and the patty has followed suit. It's a clever trick: keep the coverage, reduce everything else. Thickness, width, weight, all quietly dialled down while the price holds firm or climbs. Fast food used to mean affordable and filling. It's becoming neither. If the product is changing, the price should reflect that. Not a place I'll keep coming back to.
Probably the worst MacDonalds I ever visited. At the time of my visit, air con was not on. Fans were used for ventilation only. Shrinkflation also a very serious issue here. My mushroom triple burger was smaller than the palm of my hand. Overall a very disappointing experience. Just saying, but there are better places to spend $10+ for food. Coz you will feel like your tummy, empty inside.
Very busy during peak hours generally, pretty small place and has a lot of take away orders. Order time varies but it will take a long time in general.
