KavithaMcDonalds Tampines central:Tried the new Ice cream in McDonalds.... Strawberry Mcflurry... Did not like it... I feel that the Oreo Mcflurry is much much better ... but everyone should definitely try the new strawberry ice cream...also have in sundae ...for Sundar have option of either strawberry or hot fudge(choc)...also has strawberry cone... Too crowded too noisy...did not liked it... Today decided to eat my dinner here... Ordered the McChicken meal w crisscut fries n ice latte...w extra pistachio cone ice cream... Very very disappointed 😞 The ice cream cone looks v ugly... Asked the assistant manager who was wearing the yellow shirt...she like don't care... She tell me FIRST MAYBE THAT IS MELTING ICE CREAM THEN SHE SAY MAYBE THAT IS THE FLAVOR...I MEAN SERIOUSLY??? I ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR MY MONEY FOR THE ICE CREAM...BUT SHE SAY CANNOT GIVE BACK MONEY... Bec I eat the ice cream ready...I told her I never check the cone I just eat then when eating the cone then I c the cone was ugly... I asked her does she want me to check whatever I m eating first then eat??? She shake her head yes ... She was v rude towards me... Then she went away... I asked 1 of the customer if he can c the cone is v ugly??? But he never talk anything!!! I was being humiliated in this McDonalds today... I paid $8.80 n is it wrong to expect my money to be worth it??? I went to the counter n told a staff over there that I want to talk to the manager... When I was talking to the manager the manager had a call so he had to go take the call... Aft seeing that I was talking to the manager the assistant to the manager the person who is wearing the yellow shirt Came to me n ask I talked to the manager ready??? I got so angry but I remain calm n told her manager had a call to take so went to take the call... Aft manager came back I told what happened...showed him the ice cream cone... Manager apologize to me for what happened to me at this McDonalds... He was willing to refund me back my whole money $8.80 ... I returned back the food ... Aft that I went to reorder from the machine but this time round only ordered Iced Americano $2 n I redeem large crisscut fries so free.. I paid only $2 for the drink only... When the food n the drink came to my table I was so disappointed 😞 Redeem 600 points from my McDonalds app n the large crisscut fries I got was medium crisscut fries n moreover so cold the fries n not crispy at all so dry out 🙁... But did not want to argue again...even if mistake this McDonalds is doing I don't want to b made a bad girl again...so just kept quiet n eat...I want everyone to know that this is happening at McDonalds... What happened to me today at this McDonalds just wanted to share it with everyone... McDonalds only take money from peo but never give good food n good service how can like that??? I m spending so much on MCDONALDS... In a week almost everyday I m eating McDonalds n I rarely get good food n service. Was not happy eating here today... When I standing at the machine ready to order a staff asked me m I ordering bec peo want order??? I want to order that is y I m standing there y did she ask me that question??? So many machine peo order but she no say anything y only to me??? I have went to so many MCDONALDS but have never been humiliated this way...🙁 I promised myself I would not come to this branch McDonalds any more... I m not getting good food n service from this branch McDonalds... I worked in McDonalds before...but i was not treated properly...so I decided not to work at McDonalds anymore ... But now I m going as customer to McDonalds but still I m not treated properly...
Amphitrite Mich3ll3 YongツPoor counter service. I ordered the Sweet BBQ McSpicy Chicken Bacon set at the kiosk and got a receipt to pay cash at the counter. However, the counter was completely empty and ignored for 5 to 10 minutes because the staff were too busy. My order was delayed because no one was there to take my payment before I headed to my seat. McDonald's needs to ensure the cash counter is always manned, even during peak hours.
Siti Hajar Ismail😭 I bought 6pcs HoneySoy chicken meal with family meal set for takeaway. When I opened it, the 6pcs chicken is not in the bag! $22.50. 😭 I carried the food back for my family to eat, that special one that they are looking forward is not inside. Everything else is there except the 6pcs chicken. And there is a bag with just 1pc chicken instead.😭😭😭
