KavithaToday has a late lunch at suntec city McDonalds... Ordered 6pcs jalapeno chicken nuggets meal w med fries n ice latte...w extra mochi balls 4pcs... I choose curry sauce for my jcn...temperature ok... I customize the fries to no salt... No salt fries nice...happy with it...the nuggets n the drink also ok ... But I was not happy w the nuggets box given to me.. there is a small crispy chicken piece in it... This is not the way to serve customers...the service here is v bad here ... I was given table service by the person wearing the yellow shirt...she was v v rude towards me... Was not happy about it... She came to the table...out on the table...my ketchup was on the table...she take it w her hands n moved it away n put the tray on the table n go...she could have told me to move the ketchup...but she chose not to... V unhygienic... I saw here keep retying here hair... Her table service like not happy... No smile...no greetings...nothing...👎 The table never wipe...went to a different table that 1 also never wipe... I take the towel have at the McDonald's tray return station n wipe n the table...but the towel so wet... therefore my table v wet... I had to wipe again one more time w a dry tissue which I packed in my bag... This McDonalds has a downstairs sitting area also... But gave to climb up n down...I choose not to go down...music played a little while then stopped... Aircon not strong enough... Overall food I give 3 stars ok Service I give 1 star hated it Atmosphere I give 1 star hated it Overall I hated it 🙁🙁🙁 👎👎👎 oh n the chilli sauce holder needs washing... Chilli have on it... Roy TanMcDonald’s food is pretty standard, not much to say about it. I believe it is the experience that tells it all. Suntec’s McDonald’s is a tad warmer than other McDonald’s, no idea why. The waiting time is always longer than usual but the store is not crowded.
William LuFood as usual other outlet. I tried new one mushroom burger with star potato. Almost the same with cheese burger, only replace pickle with mushroom but overprice. The box says chicken but I think it was beef. Service was quick, ordering was fine. Cleanliness can be better. The sofa was fillled with crumbs.
