Julian NiemannI would give 0 stars but that’s unfortunately not possible. This outlet has persistently closed well before “operating hours”. I usually come around 1115 - 1130pm and the staff always tell me “closed already”. Today they told me “today closed at 10pm” while the operating hours were clearly different online. Even if that was true, I would expect an establishment with such reputable management systems to reflect so clearly. Extremely disappointing, especially since it’s not in line with the brands management. Probably best for the corporate team to relook at the operations, most importantly the “leadership” team.
CarolI just had the best drive-thru experience, thanks to Yanni! She was incredibly initiative, proactive, and genuinely helpful. At the intercom order zone, I ran into an issue with my app order. Yanni immediately stepped in and kindly asked me to drive forward so she could assist me better. She resolved the app issue quickly and efficiently. On top of that, when she noticed I was trying to seal an opened bag of snacks, she thoughtfully offered me a rubber band , such a small gesture, but so meaningful. Everything was done with a warm and friendly attitude. Yanni truly made my day with her kindness and outstanding customer service. What an amazing lady!
