I frequent this mcdonalds branch every week. I’m consistently impressed by Zaki. He is a master of efficiency—he truly 'works smart' by managing multiple tasks at once and never seems flustered, even during the busiest rushes. Despite his smaller stature, he easily does the work of two people with his incredible speed and focus. Beyond his impressive work ethic, Zaki maintains a very professional, patient, and welcoming attitude toward every customer. It makes the dining experience much better when you see someone taking such genuine pride in their work. McDonald’s management should seriously look into this rare, talented young man. Employees with his level of intuition, hustle, and kindness are hard to find. He is a massive asset to this location and deserves to be recognized for his potential!
Disappointed by Lack of Empathy and Rigidity Towards a 3-Year-Old Child Today, I bought a Tori Q chicken skewer and rice for my three-year-old daughter and then headed to the McDonald's on the first floor to order some food for myself. While we were waiting, my daughter was so hungry that she started eating her food. An employee came over and told us that outside food wasn't allowed. I understood and explained that we were just waiting for my order and would leave as soon as I got it. However, they wouldn't let it go. They actually sent another staff member to press us a second time, demanding that my little girl stop eating. I had to explain again that my food wasn't ready yet and we’d leave immediately once it was. Feeling helpless and upset, I went straight to the counter and asked them to pack my combo right away. It deeply saddens me that they would rather waste time and energy repeatedly pushing away a helpless young child than simply getting my order ready faster. There was a complete lack of kindness and empathy for a young child. I am deeply heartbroken by this experience and will never return
