Ivan TanDecided to have 1 for 1 big breakfast today since there’s an offer. Ordered and came the big breakfast. Happy the breakfast was big and felt filled after that. Not forgetting enjoying my Iced Americano no sugar after the breakfast meal. Happy to have happy meals.
JiAJuNSubject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at McDonald’s I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. While waiting for my takeaway order, I approached the counter to check on its status. A staff member informed me that the order was not yet ready and told me that my number would be called once it was prepared. Trusting this information, I continued waiting. However, after some time had passed, I noticed that my order had already been prepared and had been left sitting on the counter unattended. No staff member called my order number or made any effort to hand the order to me. The food remained there for approximately 10 minutes before I eventually approached the counter again and collected it myself. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was I given inaccurate information when I first asked, but my order was also left sitting there while I continued waiting unnecessarily. As a result, my food was no longer as fresh or hot as it should have been. Furthermore, this unnecessary delay caused me to be late for work. I had planned my schedule accordingly and expected to receive my order once it was ready. Instead, I was left waiting while my food sat on the counter unnoticed and unattended. As a paying customer, I should not have to discover for myself that my completed order has been sitting at the counter for an extended period of time. This reflects a serious lack of attention, communication, and professionalism from the staff on duty. I expect better service standards from McDonald’s and would appreciate an explanation regarding why this happened, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
May LimWe placed our Grab order at 11:11 hours and only received the food at 13:11. To make things worse, all the set meal fries and one burger were missing. It makes me wonder how the service staff checks the order before handing it over to the Grab driver.
