Xin HaoMacDonald’s at East Coast Park Carpark C2 is one of those spots that just makes sense. After a long walk, cycle, or beach day, this outlet feels like a well deserved pit stop. It is unsurprising that it is always crowded and filled with families, kids, and large groups. The location is excellent, right by the park with plenty of outdoor seating and a relaxed coastal vibe that you do not get at most McDonald’s outlets. Service is generally fast despite the crowd, especially on weekends when cyclists, families, and beachgoers all converge here. Orders come out efficiently, and the staff seem well trained to handle the constant flow without losing their cool. The food is exactly what you expect. Consistent, hot, and satisfying. Fries are usually fresh, and ice cold drinks hit differently after being out in the sun. There is also a children’s corner and exclusive room for private birthday parties!
pottingpetsThis was served to me at 7.15am. I was probably the 3rd customer when they opened and the omelette was cold and dry. Makes me wonder what food quality and standards does Macdonalds hold themselves to? Very disappointed.
Sharon Sayson-TeoPlace sucks, they can't cope with the orders but continue to take online orders. Should have stopped receiving orders. People claimed waiting for roughly 1h. Waited for too long, couldn't cancel , number disappears from screen that says now serving then order is not done and staff say still need to wait...so misleading. Crazy! Waited for sooo long in the end I walked out without my order...
