This restaurant doesn’t host children’s parties, but we contacted them a few days before to see if they could do 30 happy meals at an agreed time. The restaurant manager, Hafiz, was pleased to help and we are delighted to say the whole thing was excellent! The food was hot, well presented and right on time. Hafiz and Pradiisha looked after us splendidly. Highly recommended.
Bella HThis is not the first time this has happened at your United Square outlet, and I am extremely disappointed. I honestly do not understand what your staff are doing. Do they not check the orders before handing them to customers? Do they not see what items are supposed to be included? Today, the same thing happened again. After leaving the outlet, I discovered that my order was incomplete. This repeated mistake shows a serious lack of attention and responsibility. Customers should not be expected to constantly check their bags because the staff cannot do their job properly. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, and I would like a proper explanation and compensation for the repeated inconvenience.
Terrick W.Reasonable service and food standard but it is super crowded even around 9am on a Saturday morning. Be prepared to wait for tables. Environment too busy for my likely. Especially for a peaceful weekend breakfast.
