Steve Adams TanBad service!!! I ordered sausage mcwrap initially and they served me wrong order they gave me ham one instead. Asked for the sausage one and waited more than 15 minutes…ridiculous! Somemore they gave me a wrap without any sauce!!! Second time wrong!!! How can like this????
唐洋Two major issues keep bothering me constantly. First, missing food items has become a frequent problem. On nearly half of my recent orders, side dishes, drinks or desserts were left out without any reminder. Every time I checked my bag before leaving, I found incomplete meals. Second, the waiting time is unreasonably long. Even during non-peak hours, I often wait over 25 minutes for simple set meals, while staff move slowly with low efficiency. I have reported these problems to on-site attendants on three separate occasions, hoping for apologies, reissue of missing food or improvement plans. Regrettably, no follow-up calls, messages or solutions were provided afterward. No one took responsibility for the repeated mistakes.
Justina YappLong waiting time for my order, eventhough tis outlet was not busy compared to other outlets like Anchorpoint mall. Hash browns were not cooked well and were pale n not crispy. The young female staff at the counter just threw the plastic bag at me when i requested for one… Appalling service!
