KaizhenI never had good experiences at this branch. Vividly I remembered just last week, their premium coffee machine broke down and they just asked if the customers wanted to change for coffee or Milo without offering refunds for the extra money we paid. Until my turn I insisted and for the other customers as well. This should be basic customer service. Now, I am dining in, my order took 30 min and it was not delivered until my queue number was not even there anymore. I have to go to the counter and realised my food is just scattered there and my queue was skipped because nobody want to assemble the order when the food is already there.The branch is really classic. Please save yourself from frustration especially during the festives.
Dennis TanWaited for 30 minutes and my mobile order is still not out. Chaotic environment during dinner time. A lot of shouting and machine alarms blaring off but no food serving out. Queue remains super long and many errors in orders overheard. Filipino manager not in control of the situation. Avoid this outlet at all cost!
