KavithaThis is my first time eating McDonalds at this outlet...I ordered the buttermilk crispy meal w med fries n ice latte w the new mango coconut pie n I also ordered additional mineral water...I was not happy w how my food was being served to me...the med fries pckt not full... burger v messily presented to me...burger meat crispy skin missing,lettuce sticking out of the bun,1 of the lettuce in the burger wrapper itself...table service come put on the beside table n go...not even on my table... moreover like not happy...just come put table n go...tables not wiped properly...bin area floor is wet...I was not happy with the food, service n atmosphere of the woodleigh McDonalds...I had it for my dinner yesterday night...
John Ng18 May 2026 Store Manager, Joyce was very accommodating and friendly when I had special requests for my order which could not selected on the app. Crews are also polite, seating spacious and comfortable. There is a washing point, very convenient. I don't come here often, but definitely will soon. Keep up the good work! This store is located at B1 Woodleigh Mall.
Wei QingCan’t complain too much for S$6.90 with fries and a drink, but the burger was underwhelming. The onions and sauce were barely visible. Looking at it, feel like a smack on the face.. you pay what you get. Yet, I expect Mac’d to do better than this.
