ES WongRegular fast food as I stay nearby. But I notice the staff always delete the order number on the screen before food was ready or served. Usually it shows "now preparing" then the staff will quickly delete the numbers. Don't know the reason why. Because there is another column for "now serving", so sometimes we will miss out the numbers or we may not know if our order was captured.
