This McDonald’s is arguably one of the busiest in the area due to its extreme proximity to the Toa Payoh MRT and HDB Hub. Because it's a high-traffic transit point, the outlet is perpetually operating at peak capacity. With a relatively compact footprint and only three self-service kiosks, the space can feel quite congested during meal times. While the kitchen team is clearly working hard to manage the volume, you’ll definitely need to bring some patience. I opted for a McCrispy burger to go. It was a consistent, reliable, and efficient takeaway experience despite the crowd (although I'd still prefer the McSpicy). Pro-Tip: If the seating here is completely full, there are two other McDonald's outlets within a short walking distance in Toa Payoh that might offer a bit more breathing room!
31 December 2025 21:30-Don't patronise this branch. My order was not ready and they cleared the number.I wasn't angry so I approached a kind female staff who checked. Now this is definitely isn't my First time ordering Macdonalds Chicken McCrispy and always ordered Six Pieces. To my horror, they gave Four Drumsticks(the other Two is not pictured) and Two thighs.Seriously?Macdonalds Cineleisure and other branches would only serve Two Drumsticks if you ordered Six McCrispy. Even Kentucky Fried Chicken don't do this.I've already mentioned to the staff it was alright and I'll return for my order but the kitchen staff didn't have to resort to this. It's not the female staff fault. There only Five orders ahead of me.Zero Stars.Such a letdown.Of all the days,on a New Years Eve.
Bought 2 mcChicken meal with ala cart 4 pieces Mcwings for take away. When I asked for a curry sauce, I was told by a lady wearing a yellow vest that curry sauce only for nuggets. I was like what?! So, we buy a full set of meal and we are not entitled for a curry sauce?? And I was even told it's 0.50¢. 🤷 so, U expect everyone to buy nugget meal so to take curry sauce??? Seriously??!!! So pathetic!!!!
