wackasmoreordered a mcchicken set with star fires and an affogato (coffee and ice cream). but the affogato came with barely any coffee or ice cream. ice cream was all melted and when i asked the staff, they said “because the coffee is hot”. to begin with, there was BARELY any ice cream i.e. when i used the spoon to lift the “ice cream”, it was a tiny slab left i dont blame the service staff, the auntie that pass me the food was really nice, but im questioning why im getting melted ice cream mixed with coffee. instantly stunned when i saw it because the last few times i got this, it was fine. when looking at pics online, what im getting is really different. mcchicken and star fries were fine of course, but paying EXTRA compared to normal outlets (since its in orchard) then getting this, lowkey disappointing attached some pics for reference.
anita limStaff deserves a shout out for such a perfect looking triple cheeseburger! Fries were piping hot, iced milo was perfect and not diluted like in some stores.
livmean lady came to us and shouted at us to say that “we should not be in cinemas”, a comment that is blatantly rude towards us. merely for the fact we laughed in a movie along with everyone else, a very common emotion in a movie setting. yet, despite her harassment, she slammed her food down and left all her macdonalds leftovers on the table, for a hardworking lido macdonalds worker to clean.
